I played this with the wheel and shifter exclusively and ran 6 speed manual trans in al my cars. I honestly play this one for the cop chases. And it's the first game since most wanted where the cops were actually challenging, almost op, even in the highest end upgraded car. Heat: again, the story is lack luster but the mechanics are almost racing sim like with some arcade thrown in which is what I really liked. Though with the right tuning you could minimze that on controller and this game was exceptionally fun after I purchased the g29 wheel and shifter. The entire game was just to easy.Ģ015: the story was.cringy, but the mechanics were solid with the exception of the annoyance that was the game always trying to counter steer for you which made sterring sluggish on controller. I haven't played every need for speed games but the only ones I would put above it are I may be crazy lmao but I think need for speed 2 is better then all of the ones I said. it's local co-op 2.the crashing actually does good and dosent have a cutscene like the others, 3 the soundtrack is amazing,4 the game gives distinctive tracks and no confusion parts ,5 the game has scenery that's enough and not too much some game put so much houses around it's unenjoyable to look at (2015 has so much houses stuck together it's annoying) 6 the game is so more relaxing and enjoyable then the other games and dosent feel so dull. While the ps1 need for speed goes beyond and above what I expect from a ps1 and that's why I like the ps1 version better but if the same game was on ps4 it would be worse to me. For a ps1 game tho it's really good but says the reason why ps4 need for speed might feel worse is because I expect more then what they give us. However this is where we go out separate ways he thinks it's delusional to say need for speed 2 is better because it's a ps1 games and said all ps1 games weren't good back then they all have so many issues. Me and my bro both agree every need for speed game on ps4 are garbage they all feel so lame and get extremely boring the second you play it I struggle to play and only get those to have my own try out on every need for speed game I can. This whole list is talking about (2012,rivals ,2015,heat, payback) I just say ps4 but for 2012 I mean 360
